* Added ownership checks to the delete_vehicle check. * Redesigned delete_vehicle protections. * Cleaned up code. * Fixed vehicle repaired/vehicle godmode code not running if the player was offline/did not have a personal vehicle deployed. * Fixed Chinese being a simp.
