Mathias Kresin 80c61c161a treewide: use wpad-basic for not small flash targets ...

Add out of the box support for 802.11r and 802.11w to all targets not
suffering from small flash.

strip the kernel version suffix from target directories, except for brcm-2.4 (the -2.4 will be included in the board name here). CONFIG_LINUX_<ver>_<board> becomes CONFIG_TARGET_<board>, same for profiles.
