Removed upstreamed patches:
- generic/backport-5.4/430-v6.3-ubi-Fix-failure-attaching-when-vid_hdr-offset-equals.patch
- mvebu/patches-5.4/008-net-mvneta-make-tx-buffer-array-agnostic.patch

Refreshed all patches.
