Slightly updated SDK for L4D2 DLC, The Passing

Browse Source 
Renamed and updated tier0 and vstdlib libraries.
Bumped VFileSystem to 018.

rename : lib/linux/tier0_linux.so => lib/linux/libtier0.so
rename : lib/linux/vstdlib_linux.so => lib/linux/libvstdlib.so
